For a small operator digitizing parcel intake.
- — 3 stations
- — 500 parcels/month
- — 3 admin accounts
- — 500 SMS/month
- — Cash and USSD push payments
Concord turns your parcel desk into a branded digital operation — your own tracking site, SMS updates, Mobile Money collection, and a clear view of every station. No more ledger books, no more “call the driver”.
Sales-led onboarding. We set up your stations, staff, and branding with you.
Every day your desks take parcels, collect cash, and answer the same phone call: “has it arrived?” The ledger can’t text your customers, can’t take Mobile Money, and can’t tell you what happened across five stations last month. Concord can.
Everything below happens inside your branded workspace — and your customer sees none of the work, just the updates.
Your desk agent creates it in seconds — sender, recipient, fee. A tracking label prints, and the code goes to both phones by SMS.
Parcel intake & labelsCash at the counter, USSD push to the sender's phone, or a payment link by SMS — recorded against the parcel either way, settled through Paystack.
Mobile Money & cashBatched with the rest of the Kumasi load, scanned out, and visible in transit — to your team and to the customer's tracking page.
Batches & live trackingThe recipient gets the SMS the moment it's scanned in. They show the code at the counter, sign, done — released against the code only.
SMS notificationsParcels per station, payments collected by method, SMS sent, staff activity. Month-end reports without a calculator in sight.
Analytics & oversightA walkthrough of tenant branding, parcel creation, labels, station workflows, payments, and customer tracking — the same flow we demonstrate live on a demo call.
Every plan includes tenant isolation, your branded tracking site, and operational support. Pick by station count and monthly parcel volume — we’ll help you choose.

Yes. Concord is built as a multi-tenant platform, so each organization can operate with its own stations, roles, tracking pages, labels, and branding. Custom branding is available from the Growth plan upward.
Yes. Customers can use the tracking code printed on the parcel label or sent by SMS. The tracking page is designed for quick public lookup without requiring a customer login.
Plans are tiered by operational capacity: stations, monthly parcels, admin accounts, SMS volume, and feature access. Starter covers smaller operators, Growth adds branding and payment links, Business adds settlement and advanced analytics, and Enterprise can be customized.
Admins can record cash payments or collect mobile-money payments. USSD push is available on Starter and above. Payment links, checkout URLs, and Paystack settlement options unlock on higher tiers.
Yes. The platform supports customer notifications for parcel events and payment links, with monthly SMS limits based on the active subscription plan. Email is used for selected operational and billing communication.
Each organization's records are isolated from other tenants. Access is role-based, and platform workflows are designed so staff only work inside the organization context they selected.
Every plan includes onboarding help and support. Higher tiers add deeper operational reviews, priority support, and planning for analytics, settlement, exports, and custom limits.
